Make a difference in the lives of students by providing specialized instruction and support in a dynamic school setting located near Oneida, WI. We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for three full-time, onsite positions beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 3, 2027. Your expertise will help empower students of various ages and needs, with each position featuring a unique caseload: one in an elementary school Autism Program, one Early Childhood (EC) role, and one supporting high school students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Elementary Special Education Certification
• Behavior Endorsements preferred or required
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to individualize instruction and manage varied caseloads
• Passion for supporting students with unique learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs within your assigned program or age group
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the needs of learners
• Track and report student progress, using data to guide interventions
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
