Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with varying exceptionalities
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of special education students

- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely feedback
- Utilize behavior management strategies and assist in fostering a positive classroom culture
- Stay current with best practices and compliance regarding special education laws and standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state teaching licensure with endorsement or certification in Special Education
- Experience working with students with disabilities in a K-12 school environment
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, individualized education programs (IEPs), and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an educational team
