Positions are open in the areas of Life Skills, Autism, Medically Fragile, Structured Learning Classrooms (SLC), and Behavioral Support Classrooms (BSC). Youll find vacancies at several elementary school sites, each with its own unique community and supportive atmosphere.

What you bring:

• Active Kansas teaching license in Special Education (copy required upon presentation)
• Demonstrated experience with resource, life skills, autism spectrum disorder, medically fragile, SLC, BSC, or similar special education settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, colleagues, and families
• Adaptability and creativity to tailor instruction and support to diverse student needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture

In this role, you will:

• Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct instruction and accommodations in both resource and self-contained classrooms
• Adapt curriculum materials and instructional strategies to engage learners with various abilities
• Maintain timely paperwork and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
• Serve as an advocate, mentor, and resource for students and families
