Qualifications:

• Hold an active Colorado Special Education License with Early Childhood endorsement (or eligibility through reciprocity)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus
• Solid understanding of child development and early intervention strategies
• Proficient communication skills, with a talent for working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to developmental needs of preschool students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, partnering closely with families and specialists
• Conduct regular progress monitoring, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation
• Participate in evaluations, eligibility decision meetings, and IEP team discussions
• Encourage students growth across communication, social-emotional, and adaptive skills
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
