Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid teaching certification with Special Education endorsement (or eligibility in MA)
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor instruction to meet individual student goals
- Previous school-based experience is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with each students IEP goals
- Assess students academic and behavioral progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive classroom environments
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities
- Provide a positive, encouraging classroom climate that promotes growth and independence

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
