Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and assess individualized instructional plans based on students unique needs and established IEPs.
• Deliver engaging lessons both individually and in small groups, adjusting strategies to maximize growth and understanding.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote students inclusion and progress.
• Monitor and document individual student progress, adjusting interventions and supports as needed.
• Advocate for students, ensuring access to necessary resources, accommodations, and services.
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development.
