Key Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Current New Hampshire Special Education Teacher license.
• Experience or familiarity with students in grades K5, 68, and/or 912.
• Ability to adapt instruction for a wide range of developmental and academic needs.
• Strong collaboration skills with general education teachers, families, and support staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management abilities.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Deliver specialized instruction and interventions for students with varying disabilities and learning differences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families.
• Participate in student evaluations, case conferences, and IEP meetings.
• Create a positive, structured classroom climate where all students feel valued.
