Take on a meaningful role supporting a Non-Verbal Self-Contained Autism Classroom, dedicated to Pre-K1st grade learners. Youll collaborate within a comprehensive support team that includes BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and experienced paraprofessionals. With just six students and two paraprofessionals in your room (and resources from five similar classrooms in the program), youll be able to provide close, individualized attention while growing your expertise in high-needs instruction.

Qualifications:

• Valid TOSD + PreK-3 or TOH certification
• Demonstrated experience working with nonverbal students on the autism spectrum
• Expertise in promoting functional behavior and communication skills
• Strong commitment to supporting student growth and independence

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction for a small group of Pre-K1st grade students
• Foster functional communication and behavior skills
• Collaborate actively with BCBA, OTs, PTs, and a full classroom support team
• Maintain strong, supportive relationships with students and paraprofessionals
