Your expertise in special education and dyslexia intervention will be pivotal as you deliver targeted instruction and collaborate with educators. The position is fully onsite and offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, providing structure and stability as you serve a diverse and inspiring student population.
What were seeking:
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification
- Reading by Design Certification
- Background in Special Education and Dyslexia intervention, preferably in a school environment
- Experience supporting and adapting curriculum for K-12 students
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct reading and dyslexia interventions for K-12 learners
- Implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to each students needs
- Collaborating with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to instructional planning
- Fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
