Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License (required)

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lessons to accommodate individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess students strengths, challenges, and progress regularly
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff
• Engage parents and guardians in their childs educational journey
• Maintain accurate and timely records as required by state and district guidelines
• Employ a variety of instructional strategies and classroom management techniques
