Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License (required)
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver lessons to accommodate individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess students strengths, challenges, and progress regularly
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff
- Engage parents and guardians in their childs educational journey
- Maintain accurate and timely records as required by state and district guidelines
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies and classroom management techniques
