Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Special Education teaching certification (state-appropriate)
- Strong foundation in IEP development and implementation

- Experience with behavior intervention plans, data collection, and progress monitoring a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Provide direct instruction and adapt curriculum materials to address students unique needs
- Work closely with general education teachers to ensure classroom accessibility and accommodations
- Monitor and document student progress, sharing updates with families and educational teams
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and positive behavioral supports
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Create a respectful, safe, and motivating learning space
