Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teacher license from the state of New Hampshire
• Experience teaching within grades K5, 68, or 912 is highly desirable
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and families
• Flexibility to adapt instructional approaches for diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans based on assessments and student goals
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to support student learning
• Monitor progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure student success
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support professionals to deliver inclusive programs
