The opportunity runs from now through December 18, 2026, and is fully onsite.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Special Education teaching license (must be able to provide proof)
• Experience working with students with mild disabilities in a school setting
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with fellow educators, support staff, and families
• Willingness to contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students according to IEPs in a self-contained classroom setting
• Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet individual learning needs
• Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to parents and school teams
• Collaborate closely with other teachers and support staff to create effective interventions
• Foster a safe, engaging, and respectful classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and other school events as required

This position is structured for 35 hours each week and requires onsite attendance, providing meaningful engagement and hands-on support for your students.
