Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey special education license preferred
• Previous experience working with early elementary students, especially in an in-class resource or similar setting

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized education and accommodations for 1st grade students within a resource room setting
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher, paraeducators, and other staff
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Regularly communicate with families and school staff regarding student progress
