Qualifications and Experience:

• Current special education teaching credential meeting all state requirements (non-negotiable)
• Demonstrated experience in a school setting working with students with diverse learning needs
• Expertise in instructional planning, differentiation, and IEP implementation
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Preference for candidates seeking in-person roles only

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and specialized services to middle or high school students in-person
• Provide case management, including IEP development, progress monitoring, and parent communication
• Collaborate with general education staff, support teams, and existing remote case coordinators
• Maintain compliant, thorough records and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to a dynamic educational community

As part of this role, youll be working 37.5 hours per week from late August through mid-June, offering a fulfilling, predictable schedule within a close-knit educational setting.
