Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License is required
• Previous experience working with students with a variety of learning needs preferred
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to accommodate individual educational plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Provide direct instruction and differentiated support to meet academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Assess student progress, document outcomes, and communicate with families and educational staff
• Utilize evidence-based teaching practices and innovative learning tools
• Foster positive relationships with students, cultivating an environment where all learners feel valued and supported
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administration to ensure consistency and alignment within the school community
