Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching credential in Special Education
  • Experience teaching students across multiple grade levels (Pre-K through 12th)

  • Comfortable adapting math curriculum for diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative approach to student engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver individualized instruction in a classroom or small group setting
  • Assess student progress and update IEPs accordingly
  • Modify curriculum to accommodate a variety of learning levels, especially in math
  • Partner with general education teachers, support staff, and families
