This full-time, onsite contract role calls for a dedicated Special Education Teacher with a passion for individualized education and strong communication skills. Youll be a key part of a collaborative educational environment, working closely with other professionals and families to deliver quality services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Oregon Special Education Teaching License (OR SPED license required)
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes, goal setting, and compliance
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to accommodate individual learning styles and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver direct instruction and support for students in a variety of settings and grade levels
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
