Position Details:

• Full academic year commitment from September 9, 2026, through June 26, 2027
• Multiple openings with caseloads spanning K12 students
• Assignments include: Middle School Life Skills (12 students, 4 instructional aides)focus on behavior support and foundational academics Elementary K2 Developmental Classroom (16 students, 5 instructional aides)emphasizing basic skills, functional routines, and communication support Intensive Behavioral Health Center (Elementary 3rd5th grade, 13 students, 4 instructional aides)specialized for students with complex behavioral needs

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential required
• Experience with diverse learners from K12
• Ability to adapt strategies for students with varying behavioral, academic, and communication abilities
• Strong teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating with instructional aides and related services personnel
• Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction aligned with student IEPs
• Collect and analyze student data to inform interventions and instructional approaches
• Lead classroom teams to implement evidence-based practices and behavioral supports
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful classroom climate
• Engage in ongoing communication with families, staff, and administrators
