  • Co-manage a classroom of 26 students with two fellow adaptive SPED teachers
  • Design and deliver adaptive instructional strategies fitting to diverse learning needs
  • Track student progress and provide regular, data-informed updates
  • Engage in collaborative planning and professional learning opportunities
  • Participate in virtual panel interviews via Zoom with school administrators
