Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Teaching Credential with a Special Education: Developmental Cognitive Disabilities license (Tier 3 or 4)
• Experience or interest in working across age levels and in resource and/or RISE programs
• Commitment to onsite work (no virtual options)
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and implement individualized education strategies
• Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for diverse learners
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students cognitive abilities and needs
• Collaborate closely with support staff, families, and administrators
• Participate in special program initiatives across multiple schools
• Provide both resource and intensive classroom-based SPED instruction
