Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Minnesota Tier 3 or 4 Special Education Teaching License (required)
- Experience or strong interest in serving diverse student populations
- Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet individual needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special needs in accordance with IEPs
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with other educators, aides, and families to nurture student success
- Track and report student progress, implementing data-driven adjustments as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
