Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License required
• Previous experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings is a plus
• Proven ability to develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills to work alongside general education staff, specialists, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and provide accommodations to students with varying disabilities
• Create supportive, differentiated classroom environments tailored to individual needs
