Make an impact this school year as a Special Education Teacher working with students in a supportive educational environment near Minneapolis, MN. This full-time, in-person opportunity begins September 1, 2026, and continues through June 2, 2027. Multiple positions are available at both the elementary, middle, and high school levels, offering the chance to work in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classrooms and Special Education resource settings.

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid MN Special Education (SPED) teaching license, tier 3 or 4.
- Previous experience in special education, ideally in ASD settings or as a resource teacher.
- Deep understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
- Dedication to creating inclusive learning environments and promoting student independence.
- Comfortable adapting instruction to meet individual student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver instruction tailored to students with special needs, following IEP goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff.
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
- Create a safe and structured classroom environment with positive behavioral supports.
- Monitor and document student growth and adjust strategies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and IEP conferences as required.
