In this role, youll deliver individualized instruction tailored to a diverse range of learners. Collaborate closely with families and school staff to create supportive, effective educational plans and maintain an inclusive classroom where every childs unique strengths are celebrated.

What Were Looking For:

• Active Nevada Special Education Teacher certification
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with significant cognitive, developmental, or behavioral disabilities
• Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to support individual learning goals
• Partner with other educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain a safe and encouraging classroom environment
