Make a difference in the lives of young learners by shaping their foundational years as a Special Education Pre-K Teacher for the full academic year. Located in vibrant Miami, FL, this direct hire opportunity allows you to work closely with exceptional students, fostering their academic and social growth in alignment with their Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).

Your day-to-day will focus on sensitive and tailored instruction, always keeping in mind each childs unique abilities, background, and needs. Youll collaborate with families and staff and have the chance to support school leadership as a backup to the Director when needed.

What helps you succeed in this role:

• Eligible for or in possession of a Professional Educators Certificate in Primary/Elementary Education, ESE.
• Bachelors degree related to education or special education, early childhood, or a similar field.
• Reading Endorsement and ESOL credentials required (or willingness to obtain them upon hire).
• Completion of Department of Children & Family Child Care Training.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Experienced in using technology for classroom support (Microsoft Office, web research).
• Compassion, flexibility, and dedication to ongoing professional growth.

• Assess and adapt learning strategies tailored to each students cognitive and social profile.
• Communicate regularly with families, coordinating with IEP teams to track student progress.
