Bring your passion for special education to a rewarding direct hire opportunity, working with Pre-K students near Miami Beach, FL. In this full-time position (40 hours per week for the full school year), youll deliver individualized instruction and foster the academic and social development of exceptional learners, shaping their early educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted academic and life skills instruction aligned with each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Recognize and adapt to students unique needs, interests, learning styles, temperament, and cultural backgrounds
• Support the Director by stepping in as a backup when needed
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and other school staff to build a well-rounded learning environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in education, early childhood, special education, or related field
• Valid or eligible for a Professional Educators Certificate in Primary/Elementary Education and ESE
• Completion of Department of Children & Family Child Care Training
• Reading Endorsement and ESOL certification, or willingness to enroll to obtain these endorsements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet research
