Serving a PrekindergartenKindergarten caseload in a supportive, sub-separate classroom, you'll work with 6 students alongside a team of 4 program assistants and a BCBA, allowing you to collaborate in a dynamic, team-based environment. Qualifications:
- Valid MA SPED license required
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood special education preferred
- Collaborative approach and adaptability in diverse learning environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and interventions for students with varied needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with assistants and BCBA
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Foster positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom dynamics
- Participate in team meetings, family communications, and training as needed
