Qualifications:

  • Valid MA SPED license required
  • Experience or strong interest in early childhood special education preferred
  • Collaborative approach and adaptability in diverse learning environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and interventions for students with varied needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with assistants and BCBA
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Foster positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom dynamics
  • Participate in team meetings, family communications, and training as needed
