Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Special Education Certification required
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card mandatory
• Proven teaching experience in a middle school resource environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt instruction and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to middle school students with varying learning needs
• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social development in alignment with IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to foster inclusion and student progress
• Maintain accurate student records, assessments, and documentation
• Engage with parents and guardians to facilitate ongoing communication and support
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings as required
