- Strong communication skills for fostering partnerships with families, support staff, and other educators
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in managing classroom challenges and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

- Assess student progress regularly, adjusting instructional methods and educational goals as needed

- Partner with general education teachers and related service providers to promote student inclusion and achievement
