Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to create adaptive learning strategies for diverse learning needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide push-in support to students in grades 36, working within general education classrooms
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and support inclusive instruction
  • Implement, monitor, and document progress toward IEP goals for assigned students
  • Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to address academic and social-emotional needs
  • Maintain effective communication with families and support networks
