Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois teaching license with LBS1 endorsement (required)
- Previous experience as a case manager (preferred)
- Passion for supporting K-8 special education students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Case management for K-8 special education students (caseload size may vary)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Coordinate with families, staff, and related service providers
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support students in achieving academic and social-emotional goals
