Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification is required
• Prior experience with K-3 students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes

• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students unique learning needs
• Assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Work closely with general education teachers, therapists, and other service providers
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to parents and administrators
• Promote a supportive, positive classroom culture for all learners

This position offers a consistent schedule: 37.5 hours per week across five days, leaving you with evenings and weekends free.
