Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Resilient, patient, and flexible in managing changing classroom dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct and support students with varying exceptionalities across K-12 grade levels.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to individual learner needs.
• Track student progress and document outcomes accurately.
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and service providers.
