Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver differentiated instruction based on students unique learning needs
• Participate in the creation, review, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct support to students in inclusive and self-contained settings
• Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records and documentation
• Engage regularly with families, offering updates and collaborating on student goals
• Collaborate with teaching teams and support staff to foster an inclusive educational environment
• Attend professional development sessions, staff meetings, and trainings as required
