We're seeking five dedicated Special Education Teachers for a contract position based onsite in the Marana, AZ area, serving students during the 2026-2027 academic year.

These roles span a range of specialized programs, including elementary and middle school behavior programs, a resource setting, K-8 behavior intervention, and an elementary adaptive program. Youll help create structured, nurturing classrooms and collaborate with professionals who share your focus on student growth.

What Were Looking For:

• Valid and active Arizona DOE Special Education Certification
• Current fingerprint clearance card
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher
• Versatility to support varying caseloads (including behavior and resource programs)
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities
• Ability to work onsite for the full academic calendar

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Promote positive behavior and social skills development
• Collaborate with general education staff, families, and service professionals
• Adapt curriculum and lessons to meet diverse student needs
• Track student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
• Participate fully in teacher orientation and school professional development
