Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education for K-5 or equivalent credentials
  • Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred

  • Strong skills in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Effective communication abilities with students, families, and faculty
  • Adaptable and organized, able to manage multiple students' needs efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction to students on your caseload within a Resource Room

  • Communicate updates and collaborate with families regarding student achievements and challenges
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on student performance, goals, and services delivered
