Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dyslexia Interventionist for a full-time position in the New Sweden, TX area for the 20262027 school year. This role has multiple openings and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with Dyslexia and Reading Intervention needs in a collaborative school environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct service and Intervention assistants in following individualized educational programs (IEP) and Reading by Design Curriculum (RBD) for students with multiple and/or significant reading impairments
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education, General Education or a related field
- Active and in good status, TX Special Education or General Education teaching certification
- Certification in Reading by Design Curriculum required
- Previous experience as a Dyslexia/Reading Interventionist preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
