Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification, or eligibility for Colorado licensure
• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Special Education or a related field
• Previous experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Comfort adapting instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and implement individualized education plans
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students unique abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress toward goals
• Support students social, emotional, and academic growth
