Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Special Education Teacher license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12.
- Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
- Ability to create adaptive learning plans and modify curriculum to meet individual needs.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
- Proven ability to build rapport and motivate students with varying abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, implementing evidence-based practices.
- Develop and manage individualized education programs (IEPs), working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
