A full-time Special Education Teacher and Case Manager opportunity is available in Kingston, NH, supporting students from K-9th grade. This contract position involves working onsite within a supportive school environment where small group instruction focuses on reading, writing, and math skills. The caseload includes approximately 12-14 students at Seacoast Charter Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs across multiple grade levels.
• Manage case files and coordinate services as the designated Case Manager.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and external resources to support student progress.
• Conduct regular assessments and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate small group work to enhance literacy and numeracy skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience teaching students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time, onsite school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
