A K-12 school in Manchester, NH is seeking full-time Special Education Teachers to support a range of caseloads for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with diverse special education needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering tailored instruction to students with developmental delays and intensive needs in both general and specialized classrooms
• Designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) compliant with state regulations
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on student performance
• Participating in ongoing professional development and meetings as required

Qualifications:

• ACTIVE New Hampshire Special Education License is mandatory and non-negotiable
• Certification or experience in intensive needs classrooms or developmental delays preferred
• Candidates with Statement of Eligibility (SOE) may be considered, with potential licensing expedited by HR
• Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills

Contract Duration: August 25, 2025 June 19, 2026
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday

This role fills four urgent openings for teachers managing intensive caseloads, plus additional positions working with varying caseloads across the district. Candidates must be prepared for an onsite teaching environment with no remote options currently available.
