Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Special Education License is required.
• Experience working with K-12 students, ideally in multiple classroom settings.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction designed to meet students unique needs.
• Develop, implement, and track progress of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school support staff, and families to best support each students learning.
• Adapt curriculum and create engaging lessons for various ability levels.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting methods as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records as required.
