Job Description

This full-time, in-person position is available immediately and runs through June 12, 2026. Youll play a critical role supporting early childhood students, creating inclusive, engaging learning environments, and collaborating with dedicated education professionals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Washington State Special Education Teacher License required
  • Early Childhood Special Education certification necessary
  • Prior experience with developmental preschool or early childhood special education strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Committed to fostering a nurturing, supportive classroom environment
  • Able to engage with students, families, and fellow staff in a professional, collaborative manner

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for preschool-aged students
  • Deliver instruction and applied interventions tailored to diverse developmental needs
  • Collect and analyze data on student progress; adjust teaching strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive student support
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere where all learners feel valued
  • Comply with federal, state, and school policies regarding special education

Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
