In this contract-based position, youll support a caseload of 1012 students, fostering growth, inclusion, and academic progress within a collaborative, caring school community.
Your expertise will be highly valued as you design and implement individualized educational plans, ensuring every childs unique learning needs are met. In this role, youll collaborate daily with educators, support staff, and families, becoming an integral part of a supportive and goal-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License
- Moderate Disabilities License for the State of Massachusetts
- Experience or passion for working with elementary-aged students with diverse learning profiles
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Collaborative spirit and a commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students needs
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in both small group and inclusive settings
- Track academic and behavioral progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents, therapists, and fellow team members

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
