Qualifications and Experience:
Valid teaching certification with Special Education endorsement
Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher and, ideally, in a case management capacity
Strong knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and implementation
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
Comfort working with various instructional technologies and adaptive tools
Ability to adapt instruction for a range of learning styles and abilities

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
Provide differentiated instruction aligned to IEP goals and standards
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with families, staff, and related service providers
Serve as a case manager, ensuring compliance with all federal and state special education regulations
Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation
Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists to support student progress
Support students social and emotional development as well as academic growth
Participate in professional development and trainings as required
