Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure and certification in Special Education
- Previous teaching experience in a special education setting preferred

- Collaborative mindset for partnering with teachers, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess students strengths and needs, then develop and implement effective IEPs
- Deliver engaging lessons that meet individualized learning goals

- Participate in IEP meetings and effectively communicate with families about student progress
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that is respectful, supportive, and inclusive
