Job Description:

We are currently seeking a certified Special Education Teacher (MSD) for a full-time contract position supporting a primary elementary classroom in the greater Louisa, KY area for the remainder of the school year.

Position Overview:

  • Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

  • Schedule: Immediate Start End of School Year (EOSY)

  • Location: Single school site in the Louisa, KY area

  • Caseload: Primary focus on K1st Grade in a specialized classroom setting (approx. 7 students with ASD and developmental delays)

Key Requirements:

  • Active Kentucky Special Education Teaching Certification with Moderate to Severe Disabilities (MSD) endorsement required

  • Ability to manage specialized primary classroom instruction and direct student support

  • Standard background checks and district onboarding clearances required
