Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Colorado SPED Certificate required
• Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager in a school setting
• Familiarity with developing and managing IEPs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to varied learning styles and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement individualized education programs for students with special needs
• Serve as a case manager, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and IEP goals
