A Special Education Teacher opportunity is available in Londonderry, NH, focused on providing support to students with diverse learning needs. This full-time, contract position requires an engaging and dedicated professional to work onsite, delivering specialized instruction and case management services.

Position Overview:

• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Location: Londonderry, NH
• Work exclusively onsite within the school setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 students ranging from kindergarten through 9th grade
• Provide targeted small group instruction in reading, writing, and math
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience in case management for special education students
• Proficiency in designing and delivering evidence-based instructional strategies in reading, writing, and math
• Ability to work effectively with K-9 students and adapt methods to a range of learning styles
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress
• Develop and adjust instructional plans to meet individual student needs
• Facilitate small group sessions focused on academic growth
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with educational regulations
