This opportunity is for four full-time Special Education Teachers to support diverse student needs within a dynamic educational environment in Ypsilanti, MI. Positions involve working across various grade levels and specialized classrooms, including Elementary ASD-CI, High School ASD, and Resource rooms. The roles require active Michigan licenses for Comprehensive Intellectual (CI) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Special Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and support to students with special education needs in designated classrooms
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to promote engagement and learning success
• Collaborate with staff and families to create inclusive and supportive learning environments

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan license in CI or ASD Special Education
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or with intellectual disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and independence

Caseload Distribution: 2 Elementary ASD-CI rooms, 1 High School ASD room, 1 Resource room
