School Psychologist Opportunity
Position: School Psychologist
Schedule: Full-Time
Assignment Dates: ASAP - May 21, 2027
Location: Littleton, CO
Seeking a dedicated and student-focused School Psychologist for a full-time opportunity through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. This position is ideal for a professional who brings strong assessment and consultation experience, exceptional communication skills, and a positive, energetic approach to supporting students and educational teams. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed written reports
- Participate in eligibility meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, social, and emotional interventions
- Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs and behavior support plans
- Support crisis intervention and problem-solving efforts when needed
- Monitor student progress and provide data-driven recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Professional Special Services License through the Colorado Department of Education
- Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education procedures, evaluations, and eligibility processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
